MacAndrews opens warehouse facilities in Bilbao

Wednesday, March 24, 2010We are pleased to announce that as from 1st March 2010 we have opened new warehouse facilities in the Port of Bilbao in order to enhance the range of services provided to our customers and meet the current demands of the market. Warehouse management has been engaged to our Partner Progeco who has been providing such services to our company since 1985. Our new warehouse has 2,500 square meters and it is only 800 meters from ATM, the container terminal of Bilbao where MacAndrews operates. It is opened from 08:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday and we can provide a wide range of services related to warehousing not only pure cross docking. We are centralising all our general cargo operations in this brand-new facilities in order to offer to our customers better control of our warehousing operations in Spain, increasing our logistics operator profile demanded by the market. We are confident that this initiative in Bilbao will help to develop our business and reinforce MacAndrews operational capabilities as leader in the European Short Sea Shipping. Read More
