MacAndrews wins award for Shortsea & Intermodality initiatives at La Nuit du Shortsea 2013
For the third year running, the Bureau du Promotion du Shortsea Shipping (BP2S) held an annual awards ceremony which highlights initiatives for short sea and Intermodality.
MacAndrews & Co Ltd as one of key players in the transportation and logistics won the award for Trophèe Armateur: Le Laureat (The Owner Award) this year. The Owner Award was presented to MacAndrews for the ongoing success and launching new short sea containerised liner services ( 45’PW and reefer ) including two very recent complementary rail services.
Kenneth Rohrbach and Guy Adams received the award on behalf of MacAndrews from Antoine Person , President of BP2S.
The event was attended by 150 delegates from the logistics industry at event held at the Musée Cernuschi in Paris on the 11th December 2013.
