We are recruiting for our office in London a Senior Marketing Executive (full time, 12 months maternity cover).

The job holder will implement the day-to-day marketing and communication activities across all channels (website, Social Media, sales collateral and other marketing tools), driving business growth through the use of innovative marketing content, creating demand for our services and raising awareness of the company brand. This role will work across the whole business and our agencies across Europe.

Job Type / Category

  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring that results and performance are tracked and measured to allow dynamic investment
  • Assisting in monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
  • Co-ordinating activities across multiple channels including website, print, events and social media to ensure consistency of message and increase lead generation, conversion and retention rates
  • Planning and project managing events and effectively evaluating their success
  • The lead designer responsible for producing professional marketing materials (Illustrator, Photoshop) including online (website, social media) and offline (brochures, flyers, case studies) ensuring that all the content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Produce internal communications (newsletters, emails, etc.) and external communications (press releases, etc.)
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor /market / customer analysis and reporting
  • Managing and working closely with the Digital Communications Executive (more focused on Content, Internal Communications and Social Media)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications


  • Analytical – with a high attention to detail and able to spot trends and glean insights
  • A problem solver – curious in nature and able to independently offer solutions to problems with ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A creative mind set – someone who is able to put forward innovative ideas and see them through
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to project management
  • An adaptable skill set and a collaborative working style
  • B2B Marketing knowledge (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent written English and outstanding attention to detail, to produce concise and compelling content (essential)
  • Proficiency in French, German or Spanish (desired)

Practical & technical knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specially Excel and Power Point (essential)
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and Publisher (essential)
  • Proficient in WordPress or other CMS systems (essential)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (essential)
  • Experience managing social media, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter (essential)
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience including SEO and Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Marketing or Communications Degree (essential)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications (essential)
